Ils permettent de mod\u00e9liser avec une plus grande fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 tumorale, les interactions cellulaires et les r\u00e9ponses aux traitements. Cependant, leur transition du mod\u00e8le de recherche vers des plateformes translationnelles et industrielles demeure encore limit\u00e9e par des contraintes technologiques.  <\/p><p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1046\">Le principal enjeu n\u2019est pas le potentiel biologique, mais la ma\u00eetrise des param\u00e8tres m\u00e9caniques. <\/p><h5 data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1101\"><strong>La limite cach\u00e9e des cultures cellulaires 3D conventionnelles<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1256\">Les syst\u00e8mes conventionnels de culture 3D reposent sur une agitation assur\u00e9e par des h\u00e9lices ou par bullage. Lorsque le volume de culture augmente, les contraintes m\u00e9caniques s\u2019intensifient consid\u00e9rablement.
